½ xícara (chá) de goma de tapioca BEIJU BOM

Ingredientes Recheio:
70g de chocolate 50% cacau sem glúten e sem leite
80g de biomassa de banana-verde amolecia
1 colher (sopa) de leite de amêndoas
6 morangos para decorar
1. Em uma frigideira antiaderente, faça o disco de tapioca.
2. Coloque os discos de tapioca dentro de uma tigela ramequim para esfriar e ficarem no formato de cestinha.
Se preferir, pode levar ao forno, preaquecido, a 190°C, dentro da tigela ramequin de forma por 5 minutos, para ficar mais firme. Reserve.

Preparo :
1. Derreta o chocolate em banho-maria.
2. Junte a biomassa amolecida e o leite vegetal, misture até obter um creme liso e homogêneo.
3. Recheie as cestinhas de tapioca e finalize com 1 morango.
